At Travel Pillow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described — we’ll make it right.
🔁 Return Eligibility
- Your product is damaged or faulty upon arrival
- You received the wrong item or color
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and requested within 30 days of delivery
Note: Due to the personal nature of travel pillows, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons if the item has been opened or used.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- You’ll receive a full or partial refund to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of use or damage not caused during transit.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we’ll cover all shipping costs
- For other valid returns, you are responsible for return shipping

We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted
